Malai Chicken Tikka

  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  Breast Chicken 1.5 kgs.
  Hung Yoghurt 100 gms.
  Grated Chedar Cheese 100 gm.
  Powder White Pepper 10 gms.
  Powder Mace cardamom 2 gms.
  Powder salt 20 gms.
  Juice lemon 20 ml.
  Yolk Eggs 2 nos.
  Chopped Green Chilli 10 gms.
  Chopped Ginger 15 gms.
  Chopped Fresh Coriander 20 gms.
  Paste Ginger Garlic 25 gms.
  Fresh Cream 100 ml.
         
PROCEDURE :
Take a chicken breast and cut into two. In a bowl, take half a piece of ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken for atleast half an hour. In a separate bowl take cheddar cheese, yoghurt, egg and cream. Mix them into a fine paste. Take the chicken out of the first marination and add the second paste to the chicken. Finish with cream, chopped chilli, coriander, ginger, mace and cardamom powder.
