PROCEDURE : Take a chicken breast and cut into two. In a bowl, take half a piece of ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken for atleast half an hour. In a separate bowl take cheddar cheese, yoghurt, egg and cream. Mix them into a fine paste. Take the chicken out of the first marination and add the second paste to the chicken. Finish with cream, chopped chilli, coriander, ginger, mace and cardamom powder. |
