Channa Masala


  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  Boiled White Chickpeas 1 kg.
  Boiled Potatoes 250 gm.
  Diced Tomatoes 250 gm.
  Powder Salt 50 gm.
  Powder Channa Masala 100 gm.
  Juice Lemon 50 ml.
  Julienne Green Chilli 50 gm.
  Julienne Fresh Ginger 50 gm.
  Refined Cooking Oil 250 ml.
  Chopped Fresh Coriander 100 gm.
  Powder Soda Bi Carbonate 20 gm.
         
PROCEDURE :
Soak chickpeas overnight in the morning boil by adding soda bicarbonate till they are soft.
Take a pan put oil and sauté onions now add green chilli & ginger juliennes and when onions are transparent add chickpeas and all the spices finish with diced tomatoes and potatoes.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve.
