  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  Boiled Chopped Spinach 1 kg.
  Paste Ginger Garlic 50 gm.
  Powder Kasoori Methi 15 gm.
  Powder Red Chilli 30 gm.
  Powder Garam Masala 5 gm.
  Diced Paneer 500 gm.
  Powder Salt 50 gm.
  Chopped Onions 100 gm.
  Chopped Tomatoes 100 gm.
  Refined Cooking Oil 150 gm.
  Fresh Cream 100 gm.
  Jullienes Green Chilli 20 gm.
         
PROCEDURE :
Take a pan add ginger garlic paste sauté till golden now add onions and sauté till transparent now add tomatoes spinach all the spices and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till it is done now add paneer cook for another 5 minutes finish with cream and serve hot.
