Thai Fied Fish With Chilli Sauce
for deep fried fish marinated with little fish sauce and coating with white flour
for chili sauce
red onion 700 gm
garlic 600 gm
big red chili 500 gm
small red chili (about 10-15 pcs for spicy)
tomato ketchop 1 btl
chili ketchop or shiracha sauce 1 btl
white sugar
salt
white vinegar
fry garlic, red onion, big and small chili after blended all together
and then put in pot slow cooking
add all sauce and check taste
for taste should be salt-sweet-sour, serve warm on fried fish
