  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  Boneless Lamb 1 kg.
  Whole Jeera 10 gm.
  Crushed Black Peeper 10 gm.
  Chopped Green Chilli 30 gm.
  Chopped Chopped 40 gm.
  Whole Garlic 30 gm.
  Whole Onion 40 gm.
  Powder Salt    
  Whole Garam Masala 10 gm.
  Yolk Eggs 4 nos.
  Cooking Oil 30 ml
  Chopped Fr. Coriander 30 gm
  Powder Kashmiri mirch 30 gm
         
PROCEDURE :
Take all ingredients except oil and eggs and pass through mincer 3 to 4 times Now add salt red chilli powder oil and eggs and rub with back of the palm till it starts sticking and is mixed properly now check for seasoning skewer and cook in moderate tandoor or on a grill till cooked serve hot.
