Ingredients
Sugar 125 Gms
Water 60 ml
Egg yolk 4 nos
Mascarpone Cheese 500 Gms
Fresh Cream 400 ml
Coffee syrup 100 ml
Tia Maria (liqueur) 10 ml
Kahlua 10 ml
Sponge finger 5 nos
Method
Heat the sugar and water till bubbles appear remove from the fire and add to the beaten egg yolk and mix well till the yolk is cooked
Separately mix the Mascarpone cheese & fresh cream together.
Now add & combine the egg yolk mixture, Cheese and cream mixture evenly Also mix 20 ml coffee syrup ,Tia Maria, Kahlua and pour in any casserole dish or china dish lined with the sponge fingers soaked in the rest of coffee syrup leave the mould in a refrigerator till set serve it by topping with cocoa powder dusting
