Ingredients:
2 Nos Pomphret or any white fish cleaned ½ cup julienned carrots
½ cup julienned leeks
100 ml lemon juice
150 gms grain mustard
25 gms Chopped garlic
2 nos banana leaf
Method: Clean the fish and make pockets in fish marinate fish with garlic, grain mustard and lemon juice for 15 -20 minutes take the banana leaf add fish pieces to it and add julienned carrots and leeks and close banana leaf as a parcel put in steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes serve hot as a complete meal with rice of potatoes of your choice
