Ingredients:
500 ml Fresh Cream
350 gms Fresh Milk
150 gms Sugar
70 gms Brown Sugar
70 gms Fennel Seed
250 gms Egg Yolk
Method:
Mix Egg Yolk and Brown Sugar Well Until It’s Combined.
In a pan take Milk and Cream Add Fennel Seed and Boil. After Ten minutes Strain the milk and cream mixture to remove fennel seeds, add the Egg Yolk and sugar Mixture to Milk and cream pour the Mixture in Cream Brule Mould or another Baking Mould.
Place In another Shallow Baking Dish or a pan And fill the pan half way with water and Bake At 160*C 25-30 Minutes Until It Set and let it cool Then Sprinkle Granulated Sugar on Top and grill it till its golden in colour and Sugar Is Caramelised and serve .
