PROCEDURE
:
Take gram flour sieve and make a tight but rolable dough
by adding chopped mint half coriander soda bi carbonate
crushed half coriander and half salt chilli powder and turmeric
and roll this dough into cylinders and boil when done remove
from water in the same water add yoghurt and let it simmer
tll it takes thick gravy like consistency in a separate
pan take clarified butter and make a tempering with remaining
spices and add to gravy now add rolled boiled and fried
gram flour cylinders to gravy called gattas Check for seasoning
and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander. |
