  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  Powdered Gramflour 1 kg.
  Whisked Yoghurt 1 kg.
  Chopped Mint 200 gm.
  Chopped Coriander 200 gm.
  Whole Cumin 50 gm.
  Crushed Whole Coriander 100 gm.
  Powder Red Chilli 50 gm.
  Powder Turmeric 50 gm.
  Powder Salt 100 gm.
  Seeds Fenugreek 50 gm.
  Powder Soda Bi Carbonate 5 gm.
  Clarified Butter 150 gm.
  Powder Astedofedia 5 gm.
         
PROCEDURE :
Take gram flour sieve and make a tight but rolable dough by adding chopped mint half coriander soda bi carbonate crushed half coriander and half salt chilli powder and turmeric and roll this dough into cylinders and boil when done remove from water in the same water add yoghurt and let it simmer tll it takes thick gravy like consistency in a separate pan take clarified butter and make a tempering with remaining spices and add to gravy now add rolled boiled and fried gram flour cylinders to gravy called gattas Check for seasoning and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
