  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  BonelessDiced Chicken Breast 1 kg.
  Diced Onion 250 gm.
  Diced Tomato 250 gm.
  Diced Capsicum 250 gm.
  Powder Coriander 50 gm.
  Powder Chilli 50 gm.
  Powder Salt 50 gm.
  Cooking Oil 150 gm.
  Paste Ginger Garlic 50 gm.
  Powder Garam Masala 10 gm.
  Chopped Fresh Coriander 200 gm.
  Natural Vinegar 100 ml.
         
PROCEDURE :
Take oil in a pan add cumin sauté till it crackles add ginger garlic paste when it turns golden add onion, chicken and sauté on high flame when chicken is cooked add peppers tomatoes and all the other spices add vinegar and stir fry check for seasoning and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
