PROCEDURE
:
Take a heavy bottom pan put oil, add spices let it crackle
now add onions till they are golden add ginger garlic paste
and all the other spices cook for few minutes till nice
aroma of masala comes now add pureed tomatoes and yoghurt
let it cook till oil leave the gravy Now add the chicken
and let it simmer till chicken is cooked check for salt
garnish with chopped coriander and serve. |
