  PREPARATION INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNIT
  1 x 8 cut Chicken 2 nos.
  Chopped Onion 250 gm.
  Pureed Fresh Tomatoes 250 gm.
  Whisked Yoghurt 100 ml.
  Whole Garam Masala 10 gm.
  Cooking Oil 200 ml.
  Powder Coriander 50 gm.
  Powder Turmeric 50 gm.
  Powder Red Chilli 50 gm.
 
Salt To Taste  
  Paste Ginger Garlic 100 gm.
  Chopped Fresh Coriander 150 gm.
         
PROCEDURE :
Take a heavy bottom pan put oil, add spices let it crackle now add onions till they are golden add ginger garlic paste and all the other spices cook for few minutes till nice aroma of masala comes now add pureed tomatoes and yoghurt let it cook till oil leave the gravy Now add the chicken and let it simmer till chicken is cooked check for salt garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
